What is a Turnover Requirement?
🔄 What Are Turnover Requirements?
At SBX, we keep things simple. Most of the time, you don’t need to turn over your deposit before withdrawing.
That said, deposit match promos will have specific rollover rules tied to the cash deposit portion (as well as the bonus portion). You’ll find the exact turnover details in the terms of the offer - always worth a quick read before claiming. ✅
Occasionally, we may apply turnover requirements to certain deposits to help us meet regulatory obligations around anti-money laundering and coin mixing.
As long as you’re using SBX for regular betting activity, this won’t impact you. 🙂
💡 What is Coin Mixing?
Coin mixing is when someone deposits crypto and then immediately withdraws it - often swapping coins - without placing any bets. This is a known tactic used in money laundering.
To stay compliant with our license and keep the platform secure, SBX does not permit coin mixing. 🚫
🏦 Deposit Turnover Requirements
If you’re claiming a deposit match, there might be extra turnover required on your deposit.
Don’t stress - if it applies, it’ll be clearly shown in the promo’s terms - just click the 'i' icon on the promo tile on your My Rewards page prior to Applying the offer.
📌 Example below:

🎁 Bonus Turnover Requirements
Every bonus - whether from a deposit match or a Bonus Drop - comes with a rollover requirement.
The progress of your rollover is based on the RTP (Return to Player)/edge of the game you’re playing in the Casino.
Sports rollover progress is determined by whether the wager placed was a single bet or a multi/parlay wager.
Here’s how it works:
🔸 For every 1% below 100% RTP, 20% of your bet counts towards rollover
🔸 Sports single bets are given a 3% edge - meaning 60% of the stake is counted towards rollover.
🔸 Sports multi/parlay bets are given a 5% edge - meaning 100% of the stake is counted towards rollover.
🔸 Max contribution per spin/play is capped at $10
Example:
You wager $5 on a game with 96% RTP
→ 100% - 96% = 4%
→ 4% x 20 = 80%
→ $5 x 0.80 = $4 goes towards rollover
You can see the turnover/rollover requirement prior to applying a promo. Just hit the info icon on the promo tile in the My Rewards page!

🎯 What is a Turnover Cap?
Rollover on both Cash wallets and Bonus wallets have a turnover cap - this is the max amount that can count per spin/play toward meeting your rollover.
If your calculated rollover is higher, only the capped amount will count.
Note: unlike some joints, SBX does not punish losing wagers. If your wager made is larger than the turnover cap and loses - we credit the value towards your rollover completion.
It’s all about keeping things fair and balanced. 👍
