Occasionally you might see that a bet you’ve placed is showing as ‘referred to trading team’. This means that you may have hit one of our platform limits and we just want one of our team to take a look at the bet you’re requested so they can confirm that it’s a bet we’re happy to take on. We do this so we can continue to offer generous odds on our sportsbook markets, cause no one likes a stingy book marker!

How do I know if my bet has been accepted?

We will always update your bet to let you know if it’s been accepted, rejected or partially accepted. If it’s not reviewed by a trader in a timely manner it will time out, and you’ll have an opportunity to place the bet again if you want to.
