🔄 Turnover Requirements & Withdrawals on SBX

At SBX, we keep it simple - in most cases, you don’t need to turn over your deposit before withdrawing. 🎉

However, if you’ve claimed a deposit match promo, there may be a rollover requirement on the cash deposit portion. Be sure to check the full details in the promo terms before withdrawing.

💰 Your SBX Balance Explained

You’ll notice two types of balances displayed on-site:

1️⃣ Available Balance – This is the amount you can bet with and is visible across most pages.
2️⃣ Withdrawable Balance – This is the amount you’re eligible to withdraw. It appears only in the withdrawal modal and includes funds that have cleared any required turnover.

🎁 Claiming Bonus Funds?
If you’re trying to withdraw bonus funds, you’ll first need to:

Complete any remaining rollover tied to the bonus.
Claim the bonus to your cash wallet via the My Rewards page.

Only then will the funds show in your withdrawable balance.
