Common Football Betting Terms

🔹 90 Minutes Play ⏳
All match markets are based on the result at the end of the scheduled 90 minutes of play unless otherwise stated. This includes injury and stoppage time but does not include extra-time, penalty shootouts, or golden goals.

- If a match finishes before 90 minutes, bets will be void unless the outcome has already been determined (e.g., First Goal Scorer bets stand if a goal has been scored).
Exceptions:
Friendly Matches - Bets are settled based on the actual result when the game finishes.
Beach Soccer - Markets are settled on 36 minutes of play.

🔹 Extra Time ⏱️
All match markets are settled on the result at the end of regular play at 90 minutes (inclusive of any injury or stoppage time) unless otherwise stated. Extra time periods and penalties do not contribute to the result of these markets.

Exceptions:
Friendly Matches
Beach Football (which is settled on 36 minute regulation time)

🔹 Shots (Including Headers) 🎯
A shot is any intentional goal attempt that:
- Goes into the net
- Would have gone into the net but was saved by a goalkeeper or blocked by the last defender
- Is heading towards the goal and is blocked by a defender (not the last line of defense)
- Hits the goal frame

🔹 Shots on Target 🥅
A shot on target is: Any attempt that results in a goal
Any saved shot by the goalkeeper
A shot blocked by the last line of defense preventing a goal
A shot hitting the frame is not considered on target unless it results in a goal

🔹Assists 🎯
An assist is the final pass or touch from a teammate that directly leads to a goal.
If an opponent deflects the pass but the ball still reaches the goal scorer, the assist still counts.

No assist is awarded for:
Own goals
Direct free kicks
Direct corner goals
Penalty goals

🔹 Fouls Conceded ⚠️
A foul conceded is any infringement penalized by the referee that results in a free-kick or penalty.

Not counted as a foul:
Offsides❌
Incidents where advantage is played, and the player is only cautioned later ❌ (unless a free-kick or penalty follows)


Delayed/Postponed/Abandoned Matches 📅
Delayed or postponed matches are considered void unless the game takes place and concludes within 5 days of the originally scheduled match time.
Any match which is abandoned prior to the completion of 90 minutes play will be voided unless the outcome of the bet has been fully determined - in which case the bet will stand.

Note: There is an exception for all South American club matches where Full-Time Result and Double Chance markets will be settled on the score at the time of the abandonment, providing the relevant league allows the result to stand. If a match time is brought forward to play earlier than originally scheduled, all bets placed prior to the actual start time will
