# The Vault: How to Secure and Manage Your SBX Funds

# 🏦 What is The Vault?

The Vault is your personal bankroll management tool on SBX. It lets you **securely store part of your wallet balance** in a separate, protected space — all locked behind your own **6-digit PIN**.
It’s designed to help you take control of your funds, manage your spending, and support responsible gaming — without losing access to your money when you need it.

# 🔐 How do I set up my Vault?

Every SBX account comes with a Vault automatically — you just need to activate it!

Here’s how:
1. Go to your **Wallet**.
2. Click on **“Vault”** and then select **“Create Now.”**
3. Read the quick explainer about how it works.
4. Choose a **6-digit PIN** and confirm it.

That’s it! Your Vault is ready to use.

# 💰 How do I move funds in and out of my Vault?

You can **transfer in or t**ransfer out from your Vault anytime.

1. Go to your **Wallet**.
2. Select **Vault**.
3. Choose **Transfer In to Vault** or **Transfer Out from Vault**.
4. Enter your **PIN** to confirm the transfer.

There are **no limits** on how often or how much you can move.

# ❓ Forgot your Vault PIN?

No stress — you can reset it safely through Support.

1. Contact **SBX Support** via live chat or submit a support ticket.
2. We’ll verify your identity using standard security checks.
3. Once verified, we’ll send a **Vault Reset Code** to your registered email.
4. Give that code back to Support to confirm it’s you.
5. We’ll reset your Vault PIN.
6. Next time you open your Vault, you’ll be prompted to create a **new PIN**.
